UL approved electronics manufacturing facility

META E²F now has a UL-approved electronics manufacturing facility.

To make it easier for our customers to obtain UL approval for their products, our printed circuit board assembly has been listed according to ZPVI2 (USA) and ZPVI8 (Canada) (Printed Wiring Assemblies – Component) under file number E548243. We manufacture according to the UL 796 standard.

Your electronic assemblies are manufactured exclusively with the UL-critical components listed in your bill of materials and marked accordingly.

Our processes ensure the traceability of both the components and the relevant process parameters.

Just as it has been in cable assembly since 2007, META E²F is now also UL-approved in electronics manufacturing, making it easier for our customers to obtain approval for their products and export them to the USA and Canada.

The assemblies are marked with a UL label as a UR (UL recognized component),

unless the product has already been approved by the customer as a “UL Listed.”

UL approval is a quality mark with which internationally oriented companies demonstrate that their products meet high safety and environmental standards.

UL is the recognized standard in many global markets, especially in the US.
