This is a test procedure for assembled pcb`s. The pcb\u2019a can be tested without needle adapter and test pads. Four test needles fly over the pcb`s and apply contact to solder joints, component pins, vias and of course test pads too.<\/p>\n<p>By comprehensive training and education of our staff we achieve accurate test results and a very fast creation of test programs.<\/p>\n<p>With the free moving pins the assembled pcb`s can be tested very precise.<\/p>\n<p>Individually manufactured test adapters are usual not needed. Tooling cost are lower.<\/p>\n<p>That\u2019s why this test method is suitable for small and middle quantities mostly.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>What do we measure and which functions respectively electronic parts can be tested?<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>analogue and digital signals and stimulations<\/li>\n<li>Voltages and current flow<\/li>\n<li>signal times<\/li>\n<li>frequencies<\/li>\n<li>resistances<\/li>\n<li>capacities<\/li>\n<li>diodes<\/li>\n<li>transformers<\/li>\n<li>integrated circuits<\/li>\n<li>transistors<\/li>\n<li>inductances<\/li>\n<li>short circuits<\/li>\n<li>missed connections<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In comparison with automated optical inspection the FPT achieves a still higher detection of failures.<\/p>\n<p>Please contact us for any questions.
